Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fakhri Dua Khana. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Sundays) or public holidays.

     

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp/phone call.

     

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Method: Standard Courier Service (Trax, Leopard, TCS, etc.)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Cost: Rs. [Yahan apni delivery fee likhein, e.g., 200] (Free Shipping on orders above Rs. [Yahan limit likhein, e.g., 3000]).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message/email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection

As per the policy of courier companies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment to the rider. Once the payment is made, you can open the parcel. If there is any issue with the product (damaged or wrong item), please contact our support team immediately for a replacement/refund.

5. Damages & Wrong Items

If you received your order damaged or if it’s the wrong item, please take a photo/video of the product and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or refund for you.
